When is the box office open?
Our in-person box office hours are Monday through Friday, 12pm – 5pm CST. On performance days, the box office will open 3 hours prior to the start of the show and will stay open until the show’s scheduled start time. Our Ticket Services Center hours are Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm.
How do I get my tickets?
The Auditorium utilizes AXS or Ticketmaster for most performances.
FOR AXS: For shows sold on AXS, tickets can be purchased online at auditoriumtheatre.org, in person at our box office, or over the phone at 312.341.2300. Tickets are issued digitally via email and can be presented on your phone using the AXS Tickets mobile app. You can also have paper tickets sent to you via Standard Mail or held at Will Call upon request – please note there is a $6 fee for either of these options.
FOR TICKETMASTER: For shows sold on Ticketmaster, tickets can be purchased online or in person only. Tickets are issued digitally via email, and can be scanned in using your mobile device.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes – both the AXS and Ticketmaster apps allow you to transfer your tickets to another account. Please note that some shows have a ticket delivery delay of up to 24 hours prior to showtime, so ticket transfers may be limited for select events.

Do you offer accessible seating?
The Auditorium offers accessible seating in the Front Orchestra level of the theatre in the Right and Left sections. Select seats are made available for purchase online, and they are designated with a wheelchair icon noting that they are accessible seats. We also hold a limited number of accessible seats to accommodate patrons on the day of the show. What accommodations do you offer for visual or hearing impairment?
Guests can obtain infrared assistive listening devices from our coat check team. Coat check is located between Aisle 2 and Aisle 3 in the Main Floor Lobby. Assistive listening devices can be secured by leaving a photo ID and are free of charge. Assistive Listening Devices are available on a first come, first served basis.
If you need to request an ASL interpreter for an event, please contact sales@auditoriumtheatre.org or call 312.341.2300 to submit your request no later than 4 weeks prior to the scheduled event date.
What is your refund policy?
All ticket sales are final – no refunds or exchanges are permitted.
Where is your closest parking?
The closest parking that we recommend is called Loop Auto Parks. They are located at 524 S Wabash, about a half block away from the theatre.

Is there an age limit?
Unless specifically stated in the event policy, The Auditorium does not have any age restrictions for entry. There is no official rating system for live performance, and it is up to the parent or guardian’s discretion to determine if a performance is appropriate for their child’s age and maturity level. All guests must have a ticket for entry, regardless of age. Babies in arms are not permitted.
What is your bag policy?
All bags must be inspected by security upon arrival. Once inside the theatre, if your bag is small enough to fit on your lap or under your seat without obstructing any aisles or walkways, you are welcome to keep it with you throughout the duration of the show. Anything larger than that will need to be checked at coat check, which is located between Aisle 2 and Aisle 3. Coat check charges $2 per item. Do you accept cash for merchandise, concessions, and coat check?
The Auditorium is a cashless venue – we only accept credit or debit card payments at all points of purchase.
