The Associate Director of Marketing is a key member of the Auditorium Theatre marketing and sales team, responsible for the day to day operations of the department, the creation and implementation of marketing plans for Auditorium Theatre presenting shows, and serves as the primary marketing support for rentals. In addition, this position manages ad design and trafficking, and works with the Associate Director of Communications to create meaningful partnerships in the community around the theatre’s programming.
The Marketing Associate is a new position and part of the Auditorium Theatre’s marketing and sales team. S/he/They is the primary videographer, photographer, and audio recorder for the theatre and manages the theatre’s e-marketing communications in partnership with the Digital Content Manager. The Marketing Associate also supports the day-to-day operations of the marketing team and is an integral part of reaching goals for subscription, single ticket sales, and special events.
The Development Associate will learn critical fundraising and administrative skills applicable in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, while assisting the Auditorium Theatre’s Development Department with fundraising initiatives, donor solicitation, research, correspondence, and analysis to augment the success of one of Chicago’s most iconic, celebrated and historic artistic venues.
The Ticket Services Assistant reports to the Ticket Services Manager and establishes quality relationships with theatre patrons by processing individual, subscription, and group ticket orders. They also assist with promoting the performances and converting individual ticket buyers into subscribers and/or group patrons.
