Position summary The Call Center Representative is responsible for delivering the highest caliber customer service and knowledge of our events, while assisting in administrative tasks.
Major Areas of Responsibilities
-Communicate with guests in an upbeat, positive, professional, and friendly manner
-Provide general information to callers regarding hours of operation, directions, parking, admission policies and procedures, and pertinent event information
-Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives in a timely manner.
-Prioritize administrative task assignments in relation to daily operating functions.
-Relay any pertinent information to management regarding questions and/or concerns.
-Handle minor administrative task assignments in relation to daily operating functions.
-Other duties as assigned.
Experience 0-2 years.
-Knowledge and experience within a large Theatre environment
-Excellent Verbal Skills
-Experience with Multi-Line phone systems
-Computer Knowledge; use of Microsoft Office 365
-Available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend and Holiday hours
-Work successfully in a fast paved environment.
-Strong spirit of optimism and collaboration.
