The Auditorium Theatre is thrilled to bring back TOO HOT TO HANDEL: THE JAZZ GOSPEL MESSIAH in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s birthday. "Hotter than hot," says the Chicago Tribune.

This uplifting and dynamic take on George Frideric Handel's Messiah, arranged by Bob Christianson and Gary Anderson, features tenors Rodrick Dixon (January 19), Thomas Young (January 20) and Victor Trent Cook (of Cook, Dixon and Young), soprano Alfreda Burke, the city-wide, 150-voice Too Hot Choir and a 45-piece orchestra under the baton of Suzanne Mallare Acton
