FACILITIES & SERVICES

BOX OFFICE HOURS: Visit our box office Monday through Friday from noon until 6:00 pm, as well as select weekends; tickets may be purchased at any time by calling Ticketmaster at (312) 982-ARTS or online at ticketmaster.com.

There is no age restriction for CHILDREN; however, as a courtesy to other patrons and the performers, the Auditorium discourages attendance by children under the age of five. All patrons must have a ticket for admittance, and in all instances babes in arms are not permitted. Any person who disturbs the performance or other patrons will be asked to leave the theatre without a refund issued. It is the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian to research and judge the content of a performance as appropriate for their child's age and level of maturity. There is no official rating system for live performances.

REFRESHMENT BARS are available in the main lobby and in the third floor lobby. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

RESTROOMS are located in the lower level and in the third floor lobby.

ACCESSIBILITY: The Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University is accessible to all patrons and fully complies with A.D.A. requirements. Various levels of accommodation are available to patrons who require assisted listening devices, signed performances, or accessible seating. Additionally, our Patrons Services office, located in the main lobby of the theatre, is open throughout performances to assist patrons with any needs they may have. Accessible restroom facilities are located in the main lobby.

PUBLIC TELEPHONES are located in the theatre office.

Please turn off all ELECTRONIC DEVICES that may ring, beep, or otherwise produce a sound that would disrupt the performance or other patrons. Electronic devices include mobile phones, pagers and alarm watches.

SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the Auditorium Theatre and within 15 feet of all entrances.  During concerts there will be no re-entry permitted; guests will not be able to leave the building to smoke once they have passed through security.  Please do not bring cigarettes, lighters or other paraphernalia into the Theatre.

The Auditorium Theatre COAT CHECK is seasonal and located in the main floor lobby.

The use of CAMERAS OR VIDEO/AUDIO RECORDING is strictly prohibited within the Auditorium Theatre.

The Auditorium Theatre has a strict policy of NO LATE SEATING. Anyone arriving after the performance begins will be asked to remain in the main lobby until intermission.

TICKET POLICY: The Auditorium Theatre will not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased at the box office or at Ticketmaster. CLICK HERE for additional ticket policy information.

LOST & FOUND: Found articles should be reported to or left with the Theatre Manager's Office off Aisle 1 in the main lobby. To determine if a personal article has been turned into the Lost & Found, call (312) 431-2389 x0. Any items lost or presumed stolen are not the responsibility of the Auditorium Theatre.

FIRE NOTICE: The exit indicated by a lighted sign nearest to your seat is the shortest route out of the theatre. In the event of a theatre evacuation, WALK to that exit.
