Individual and corporate donations in any amount are accepted and greatly appreciated for Hands Together, Heart to Art®. Without the generous support of our sponsors and supporters, this unique and vital camp would not possible. Please be assured that we will provide you with a tax donation letter.

What will Hands Together, Heart to Art® do with your generous donation?
• Provide general operating support for HTHTA
• Provide supplies and materials for the camp
• Provide supplies and materials for caregiver meetings and support groups
• Provide transportation assistance for students to attend camp
• Provide community awareness and outreach about the camp
• Provide sponsorship of individual campers. While the tuition for each child to attend HTHTA is only $50, our expenses are over $1500 per child.

IN KIND DONATIONS
Hands Together, Heart to Art® benefits from in-kind gifts, which are greatly appreciated and have tremendously positive effects on the children we serve. It is simple to make an in-kind donation! You may donate working/functional items that you already own and have no use for or purchase new.

HTHTA Wish List
• Art Supplies (craft paper, markers, crayons, modeling clay, scissors, etc.)
• Writing/Drawing Supplies (journals/blank books, folders, paper)
• Craft Supplies (beads, thread for bracelets, lanyard, etc.)
• Polaroid camera and film
• Portable CD players
• Games/Activities (board games, basketball, card games)
• Adult, teen and children’s books (on grieving, stories with lead characters who have experienced the loss of a parent, etc)

VOLUNTEER
Volunteers are valued for their compassion, their willingness to provide assistance, and their many interests and talents. Volunteer options range from a few hours to the full four weeks of camp. Volunteer training may be required.

Volunteers may provide:

• One-on-one care for individual camper(s)
• Support for a small group or individual child at the camp
• Communication with the caregivers
• Art workshop assistance, set-up and clean-up
• Field trip supervision
• Arrival, dismissal and lunch supervision
• Child care for non-camp children during family support group
• Marketing assistance - reaching out to new communities and families
• Behind-the-scenes assistance at the camp
• Behind-the-scenes assistance for the camp in the administrative office
• New ideas for programs, outreach and services
• And more…
