“(Artistic Director Robert Battle) has already put his stamp on the company, having essentially taken it into the 21st century,” says the Chicago Tribune.  This season again brings new works to Chicago by renowned choreographers – Paul Taylor, Ronald K. BrownRennie Harris, as well as Battle himself.   This year also brings to our historic stage new productions of classics by the company’s late founder Alvin Ailey, in addition to his masterpiece Revelations.   The Auditorium Theatre has been Ailey’s Chicago home for over 46 years, and we are always proud to present America’s Cultural Ambassador to the World.
