TICKET POLICY
The Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University will not offer refunds or exchanges for any tickets. However, Auditorium Theatre Subscribers may exchange tickets in their subscription series for another performance of the same production by calling the Subscription Office 312.341.2357.

CHILDREN
While there is no age restriction for children, the Auditorium discourages attendance by children under the age of five as a courtesy to other patrons and the performers. All patrons must have a ticket for admittance, and in all instances babes in arms are not permitted. Any person who disturbs the performance or other patrons will be asked to leave the Auditorium without a refund issued. It is the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian to research and judge the content of a performance as appropriate for their child’s age and level of maturity. There is no official rating system for live performance.

LATE SEATING
Most performances at the Auditorium Theatre have a strict policy of no late seating. Guests arriving late or leaving the theatre during the performance will be seated in a designated section and may take their ticketed seats at intermission.

ELECTRONICS, PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO
Please turn off all electronic devices that my ring, beep, or otherwise produce a sound that may disrupt the performance. Electronic devices include mobile phones, pagers and alarm watches.

Non-professional video and photos are allowed in the lobby areas of the theatre. The use of video, photography, or any other recording devices is strictly prohibited during the performance.

SMOKING
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the theatre and within 25 feet of any entrances.

FIRE EXITS
In the event of a theater evacuation, look for the lighted exit sign closest to you and walk to that exit.

FIREARMS
In compliance with the Illinois Firearms Concealed Carry Act, the Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University prohibits the carrying of weapons of any kind in the theater and on theater property.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
In addition to firearms, weapons of any kind, outside food or drinks, bullhorns or noise-makers, items deemed unsafe by management, confetti or glitter, UAV’s/drones, hover boards, or selfie-sticks are not allowed in the building.

Patron Services

The Patron Services Office is located just inside Aisle One (1) of the main floor and is open during all performances to assist guests with any needs. Should you need to reach Patron Service via telephone please call 312.341.2389.

CONCESSIONS
Concession stands are located in the main and third floor lobbies for all performances and additional stands may be added for certain performances. Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the building. Generally, with the exception of bottled water, all purchased snacks and beverages must be consumed in the lobby. Occasionally, drinks may be allowed in the seating area – Ask any member of our concessions or usher staff about the performance you are attending.

PATRON AMENITIES
Public telephones are located in the Patron Services Office.

Coat Check is seasonal and located in the main floor lobby between Aisles 2 and 3. The cost is $3 per item. Furs are not accepted.

An ATM is located in Aisle 1 of the main lobby.

LOST & FOUND
Found articles should be left with the Patrons Services Office located in Aisle 1 of the main lobby. To determine whether a personal article has been turned in to the Lost and Found, please call 312.341.2389. Any items lost or presumed stolen are not the responsibility of the Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University.
