Ticket Services Manager

The Ticket Services Manager reports to the Director of Sales, and assists with planning, executing, and evaluating ticket sales strategies, focusing on group sales and subscriptions by establishing quality relationships with theatre patrons. They also manage four Ticket Sales Representatives and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Auditorium Theatre’s Ticket Services Center.

HTHTA Food and Beverage Coordinator

The Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University is currently seeking a qualified individual to be Food and Beverage Coordinator for the summer 2017 installment of Hands Together, Heart to Art (HTHTA) is the Auditorium Theatre’s award winning summer day-camp designed for children 7-14 years old who have experienced the death of one or both parents. Employing several different areas of the performing arts, the program encourages communication, fosters emotional growth, and provides the consolation of friendship and compassion.

Chief Operating Officer

The COO will provide leadership, development, and vision to the operations, maintenance, restoration, and historic preservation of the Auditorium Theatre facility. This position is responsible for maximizing all income streams from facility usage including concessions, merchandise, and other ancillary functions.

Chief Financial Officer

The CFO works directly with the CEO on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs, and risk management. The CFO recommends financial and administrative options to support organizational planning and operational objectives. This position will provide counsel to the CEO and Board to help fulfill organizational needs and secure the long term financial success of ATRU.

The Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University is currently seeking dedicated volunteers to assist with a wide array of projects and positions to assist the Auditorium Theatre in fulfilling its mission of presenting the finest in international, cultural and community programming to Chicago and to the continued restoration and preservation of the National Historic Landmark Auditorium Theatre.
