Chief Operating Officer

The COO will provide leadership, development, and vision to the operations, maintenance, restoration, and historic preservation of the Auditorium Theatre facility. This position is responsible for maximizing all income streams from facility usage including concessions, merchandise, and other ancillary functions.

Chief Financial Officer

The CFO works directly with the CEO on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs, and risk management. The CFO recommends financial and administrative options to support organizational planning and operational objectives. This position will provide counsel to the CEO and Board to help fulfill organizational needs and secure the long term financial success of ATRU.

Ticket Sales Representative

The Ticket Sales Representative processes individual, subscription, and group ticket orders, delivers excellent customer service to Auditorium Theatre patrons. They also assist with promoting the performances and converting individual ticket buyers into subscribers and/or group patrons.

Hands Together, Heart to Art™ Teaching Artists and Staff

This unique camp brings together children between the ages of 7 and 14 who have experienced the death of a parent to celebrate the healing power of creative play. Through the exploration and creation of theatre, music, and dance, Hands Together, Heart to Art encourages communication and collaboration, fosters emotional growth, and provides the consolation of friendship and compassion. Through interaction with young people who have experienced a similar loss, campers understand they are not alone.

The Auditorium Theatre offers internships in Arts Administration, Marketing & Sales, Development, and Creative Engagement/Education for the Fall, Spring, and Summer Terms.

The Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University is currently seeking dedicated volunteers to assist with a wide array of projects and positions to assist the Auditorium Theatre in fulfilling its mission of presenting the finest in international, cultural and community programming to Chicago and to the continued restoration and preservation of the National Historic Landmark Auditorium Theatre.
